Up to the nearby main road (department stores, post office, pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets), there are only 3-6 mins on foot, A public swimming pool (Category fun pool, daily 7-22 clock) are there on foot just 4 minutes. In the cozy Akazienstraße and Crellestraße are numerous street cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars. 7 different bus routes are within walking distance in 3-5 min, including 3 main lines with high traffic density (alle3-6 min). The S-Bahn station Schoenberg accessible with 6 S-Bahn lines, on foot in 5 minutes.
